We are building a remote bookkeeping team that works exclusively with trades businesses — HVAC, plumbing, and electrical contractors doing $1M to $10M in annual revenue. You will work with a consistent monthly client base on structured deliverables, follow a documented process, and be paid reliably on schedule. We provide trades-specific training before you touch a client account.

What we are looking for

  • 2+ years bookkeeping experience
  • QuickBooks Online proficiency
  • Strong written English
  • Reliable during US business hours
  • Detail-oriented with monthly deadlines
